Etania Mutoni celebrated her birthday on August 25th with a gathering organised by her friends, including her boyfriend, Joshua Baraka.
The celebration, though simple, was filled with love and joy, but it didn’t escape the critical eye of Laika Music, Etania’s co-star on Kampala Creme.
Laika, whose own birthday is just around the corner, didn’t hold back her thoughts on Etania’s celebration. 
She took to social media to criticize the party, calling it “cheap and small.” Laika, who plans to celebrate her upcoming birthday in Zanzibar, suggested that Baraka’s financial status is to blame for this.
According to Laika, Joshua Baraka, despite his fame, isn’t wealthy enough to afford the luxurious lifestyle she believes someone of Etania’s stature deserves.
The criticism didn’t end there. Laika went on to compare her own EP launch, titled It Was All A Dream, to Etania’s birthday party, claiming that her event was far more glamorous.
She even referred to Etania’s party as a “swimming pool party.”
Laika highlighted the differences between their lifestyles, boasting about her GLE Mercedes Benz while mocking Etania’s smaller car.
The tension between the two personalities reportedly escalated after Etania spilled a cocktail on Laika’s dress during the event.
