Fresh reports indicate that Ugandan singer King Saha, real name Mansoor Ssemanda, was arrested on Wednesday evening at The Villa Bar and Restaurant in Bukoto, Kampala.

Via X at around midnight, Galaxy FM deejay Nimrod Nabeeta revealed the news of the Kings Love singer’s arrest.

Nimrod claimed that Saha’s performance at The Villa was cut short by security officials before being arrested and taken to an undisclosed place.

“At the Villa, King Saha has been arrested and his performance was cut short by security officials. He’s been taken to an unknown place,” Deejay Nimrod’s tweet read.

More reports further noted how the singer had been severally warned by security operatives at the venue not to incite the audience through political messages in his songs.

It is reported that he was not let finish his performance before he was bundled up and whisked out of the venue.

Neither the singer nor his representatives had confirmed his whereabouts at the time of this publication.
