Kaneria Group Strengthens Its Position in India’s Dry-Mix Mortar and Building Materials Sector

Kaneria Group, through its building materials business, Kaneria Plast, is strengthening its presence in India’s construction materials sector through large-scale dry mix mortar manufacturing, a diverse product portfolio, and integrated building solutions.

The group has a combined manufacturing capacity of 1,700 tonnes per day (TPD) across two dry-mix mortar plants and an AAC block production capacity of up to 2,000 cubic metres per day (CBM/day). These capabilities enable the company to cater to the requirements of a wide range of construction projects.

Kaneria Plast’s product portfolio includes dry ready-mix plaster, spray plaster, block jointing mortar, and comprehensive flooring solutions. Beyond manufacturing and supplying building materials, the company also offers integrated construction services, including material supply and application to establish new material and technologies in construction industry.

Under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Shailesh Chaniyara, Kaneria Group draws on professional expertise across manufacturing, marketing, and logistics. Its fully automated manufacturing processes are monitored by experienced professionals to support consistent product quality and manufacturing standards.

As part of its forward-looking logistics initiatives, the group is also exploring railway transportation of fly ash and other bulk materials in closed containers. This approach aims to support more efficient bulk-material transportation while offering a potentially more sustainable alternative to conventional logistics methods.
