Kampala University opens up Students’ loan application window.

Kampala University Original located at Ggaba as the the main campus is calling for students aspiring to pursue higher education but facing financial challenges to apply for the students’ loan for the academic year 2026/2027. 

According to the statement released on 29th May2026, the university has partnered with the Ministry of Education and Sports through The Higher Education Students’ Financing Scheme.

“Are you a Ugandan student aspiring to pursue Higher Education at a recognized institution but facing financial challenges? The Higher Education Students’ Financing Scheme administered by the Ministry of Education and Sports, through the Higher Education Students Financing Department, in partnership with KAMPALA UNIVERSITY, is here to support you in achieving your academic dreams” partly reads the statement.

For students to qualify for the academic opportunity the statement reveals that the “applicants must have secured admission to Kampala University” through filling forms at the Marketing department of the university in their different branched includin: Ggaba, Masaka, Mutundwe, Jinja with more information on the website: www.ku.ac.ug before the deadline of 17th July 2026.

Kampala University Original under the leadership of Al Haj. Badru Katerega recently graduated students in different disciples at the main campus Ggaba in certificate, Diploma and Degrees.
