I wish to applaud the Kabaka for promoting this sport. I thank those who have put effort into this sport, I thank the Minister, Eng. Ben. Missaga and other people who have seen this sport flourish, I have never expected what I have found here, people are many, adults and the young ones and as Buganda we love most of these kids to get involved in the activities of the kingdom. This has shown that the Royal regatta will be a big sport in Buganda.  Owek. Patrick Luwaga Mugumbule, Speaker of Buganda Kingdom Lukiiko (Parliament)
