The Chief Prince of Tooro Kingdom Omujwera Omusuuga Charles Kamurasi Akiiki who is also the head of the ruling royal clan Babiito paid a courtesy call at the office of the Deputy Resident City Commissioner Fortpotal City North Division

 

Omusuuga Kamurasi extended extraordinary appreciation to President Museveni for the new active deployments in Tooro Subregion and pledged total support to the new team in tackling grass root development

 

He underscored the need to aggressively engage the youth in government programs so that thier incomes at personal and household level can increase, he noted that Tooro is by nature a blessed land that can support any farming activity thus the need to engage in modern farming, he commended government for the Parish Development Model which he said is a true propeller for the country towards attaining a middle and first world country

 

Allan Bamuha the Deputy Resident City Commissioner North Division Fortpotal City welcomed the Kingdom's commitment towards the development and pledged active monitoring of government programs and ensuring service delivery to the people of Fortpotal City. He thanked the cultural leadership of Tooro Kingdom under His Royal Majesty Rukirabasaija Agutamba Omukama Dr.Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi 1V for fostering unity and development amongst the kingdom subjects
