Nigerian singer David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is scheduled to perform today (Friday 29th March 2024) at the Timeless Concert at Kololo Airstrip in Kampala, Uganda.
Via his X account on Thursday evening, Davido confirmed that he was on his way to Uganda through a tweet captioned; “Back on road! UGANDA, your up 1st!”
The singer who was expected to arrive in Uganda later on Thursday evening was yet to show face by midnight, leaving several Ugandans rather confused.
Via his IG stories, videos of him having fun at an undisclosed hangout outside Uganda were shared before a photo of a poster about the Ugandan concert was shared with the location indicating he was in Kampala, Uganda at around 6 am on Friday.
Davido’s Ugandan fans are, however, not assured yet that he is indeed in Uganda and continue to ask why no photo or video of him on Ugandan soil has surfaced on the internet yet.
Eastern Vybz – the organizers of the concert, however, are positive about Davido showing up in time to perform for his fans in what is anticipated to be a memorable concert.
