Eddy Kenzo vows to return to Arua and perform show to make amends

Eddy Kenzo has expressed his intention to return to Arua to make amends following a chaotic event that resulted in the destruction of property worth millions.

The unrest occurred after Kenzo failed to perform at a scheduled show, leaving disappointed fans to cause a scene.

According to Kenzo, the promoter responsible for organizing the event had borrowed huge sums of money, promising to repay them with the proceeds from gate collections.

However, the promoter allegedly booked more venues than had been agreed upon, misleading both Kenzo and the fans.

In reality, Kenzo was set to perform at only one venue, while the promoter collected money from several others.

I now believe that at my level, I should start organizing shows myself or work with a promoter I can trust and have proper agreements in place.

Determined to make things right, Kenzo assured the people of Arua that he would return to deliver the performance they had hoped for.

I promise the people of Arua I need to compensate them, and I’m going to do whatever I can to go back and do that show. I’ll take all my sound from Kampala, I’ll talk to the local artists on the ground, and we’ll compensate the people of Arua.
