Interestingly, the wife helped him make ends meet by doing menial jobs around the village, a struggle that lasted for many years before they finally got their big break.

In 2016, they were living in a mud house, which they have kept in their compound to this day as a reminder of how far they've come.

David shared that whenever he visits the village and sees the mud house, memories of their difficult journey with his supportive wife flood his mind.
