Speke Resort Munyonyo announces a One Day Children’s Pony Camp

This July Speke Resort Munyonyo has organized an exciting one day penny camp for young people to enjoy an experience with horses, and other outdoor experiences.

On 11th July 2026, families looking for an engaging and educational outdoor experience for their children explore this starting from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Designed to introduce children to the fascinating world of horses while promoting confidence, responsibility, and teamwork, the camp promises a full day of hands-on learning and recreation in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Young participants will receive professional horse-riding lessons and gain practical knowledge in pony grooming, horse care, stable management, feeding, nutrition, and proper horse handling techniques. The program also includes safety training, saddling and bridling demonstrations, lead-rein pony rides for beginners, and an exciting basic jumping demonstration.

Beyond the equestrian activities, children will have the opportunity to unwind and cool off during a 45-minute swimming session, making the camp a well-rounded adventure that combines learning, fitness, and fun.

Located within the picturesque surroundings of Speke Resort Munyonyo, the camp offers a unique setting where children can interact with animals, develop new skills, and enjoy the outdoors under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Speaking about the initiative, organizers noted that the Pony Camp is aimed at nurturing young riders while creating memorable experiences that encourage discipline, confidence, and a love for nature.

Participation is available at a fee of UGX 100,000 per person, making it an affordable family activity during the holiday season.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to secure places early due to anticipated demand.
