President Museveni to deliver end of year address on Wednesday.

The President of Uganda and the flag bearers bearer of the NRM Party is scheduled to make his end of year message today.  

“Please be informed that H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has recorder his end of year message 6 statement

In a statement released on Tuesday December 30, 2025, the President has directed all broadcasters to relay his recorded message for end of year today at 8:00pm.

“All Radio and television stations are requested to rely the address at 8:00pm” it states

The message comes amidst the last weeks of his campaign trails across Uganda ahead of the general elections on 15th January 2025.

President Museveni last delivered End of Year Address around December 31st, reflecting on the past year focusing on peace, economic progress (e.g., budget, PDM, oil), security, and future goals, broadcast live on TV/Radio, with his 2024 address highlighting God’s protection, a strong army, and economic growth among others.
