Nansana RDC Lwanga urges locals to vote Museveni for his visionary leadership

The RDC for Nansana Municipality Charles Lwanga has urged the residents of Nabweru division on Wakiso District to support the NRM presidential candidate re-election bid for a bright future. 

He pointed out that the president has done his part of providing a conducive environment were citizens can utilise to fight house hold poverty through participation in Emyooga program. 

He revealed that government has secured funds and also finalized plans of constructing a modern state of art market for Nansana Municipality which would create job spaces for hundreds of residents of the area.  

Lwanga made the remarks over the weekend at Emmanuel Junior school Nabweru Katooke in Nabweru division Nansana municipality Wakiso district while officiating at the launch of the Nabweru division Emyooga saccos performance review report which outlined the achievements attained and laying strategies of recruiting more residents into this entrepreneurship program of government.

He observed that government was determined to ensure that the promise for modern market for the municipality business community comes to fruition as funds have been secured to kick start the construction works soon and urged the locals of the area to su[pport government programs as well as vote for the NRM presidential candidate come january 15th 2026.

He commended the Nabweru market vendors Emyooga sacco members led by its chairperson Niyonsenga Yosiya for emerging as the most competitive sacco after having secured their own plot of land and constructing their head offices through use of the Emyooga profits.

Yosiya told the members that they have managed to secure 69 plots of land for their members as well as more of the members setting up their own four different schools within the area all courtesy of strategic use of the Emyooga funds with right plans of investment.
