Mukesh Vs Ssenyoni: Top city lawyers hired to battle for Mukesh in court.

Following High Courts rulling to issue a warrant of arrest and given a period of up to 30th August 2022 to the former aspirant for Nakawa West Constituency Member of Parliament seat, Mukesh Shukla aka Shumuk, over court fine of Shs73 million, the city businesman Mukesh has hired top lawyers to face the court battle.
The lawyers Mukesh hired will follow up a case in which he filed a petition contesting NUP’s Joel Ssenyonyi’s victory but he lost both cases at Nakawa High Court and Court of Appeal.
The warrant which was issued by the Civil Division Registrar, Jamson Karemani, following an application by Ssenyonyi will be challenged by lawyers from Pace Advocates.
The lawyers in documents accessed by this website indicate that the lawyers have been advance payment to kickstart the legal battle from Mukeshi’s company secretary Kibuka Musoke & Co. on 14th July 2022.
