“Men Can Change If You Try This,” Nyakach Woman Reveals How She Tamed Her Promiscuous Husband

Christabel Ogongo embodies the modern, accomplished woman. She holds a Literature degree from Oxford, a master’s from the University of Cape Town, and numerous accolades from her career as a Senior Lecturer at Masinde Muliro University.
Despite her achievements, her husband cheats on her at least twice a week. She maintains a composed exterior on campus, but inside, she is deeply hurt. She shared her story with me, her younger sister, during a holiday visit home.
“Siz, I don’t know if you can help me, but I’m under a lot of stress. Vitalis wants to kill me. He has been sleeping around all year, and he knows I know, yet he doesn’t care. I’ve received several reports of him impregnating young girls. Our maid keeps finding condoms in his pockets. Just last week, some man I don’t know approached me on campus, begging me to talk to my husband to leave his wife alone. I swear, if nothing changes, I’ll cut off his manhood and feed it to my chihuahua,” she lamented, tears streaming freely.
