Kamuli Woman 34, on the Run for Allegedly Attempting to Chop off Husband's Genital and Robbing him Cash

Statement on attempted murder and Robbery of cash
Police in Kamuli is hunting for a 34 year old woman identified as Suzan Namuganza for allegedly attempting to murder her husband by cutting off his genitals and robbing him of cash.
The victim, identified Kawubanya Moses 45, the Director, Serena Children’s Home resident of Busana zone, Nabirumba ward, Nabwigulu subcounty in Kamuli district.
Initial findings indicate that on Monday the 10/06/24 at around 0300/c, Kawubanya Moses woke up to bathe afterwhich he resumed his bed with a towel wrapped around the the waist. When their three months old baby started crying, Namuganza, his wife woke up woke up of which the victim thought she was getting milk for the baby but unfortunately, on coming back, Namuganza fell on the victim and cut off her husband’s penis and fled with unknown amount of money.
The victim also ran to the neighborhood who helped him and brought him to Kamuli general hospital for medical attention before making a report at CPS kamuli.
Further inquiries are ongoing to establish circumstances surrounding the whole matter.
