David Matovu wins as new guild President as Vienna College Namugongo holds digital elections

Vienna College Namugongo has successfully held digital Guild campaigns and elections conducted leading to students nominated, through digital campaign and conduct voting.  

The campaign according to Vienna management has encouraged the use of digital aims at preserving the environment through minimising solid waste littering durng elections and other major events.

The campaign have seen a successful and a litter free environment as posters and campaign materials were digitally advertised.

The Digital Elections have seen the Election of John Matovu Muyizi the incoming guild President who replaces out going Reanna Adubango.

“Elections in schools should be digitised to avoid littering and keep good sanitation/ Vienna College Namugongo sets the standard” said Kenneth walusimbi Tutor Vienna College Namugongo

Ugandans have been called upon to accept and adopt to the growing trend of digitisation in election activities.

The students guild department at Vienna College Namugongo is composed of over 21 members
