Here’s What Drake Posted

During the early hours of Thursday, May 9, Drake took to his Instagram Story to share a video. The clip appeared to show him watching the first few minutes of the first episode of the mini-series ‘A Man in Full.’ According to IMDb, the show follows the life of a real estate mogul who faces bankruptcy and “tries to defend his empire from those attempting to capitalize on his fall from grace.”

In the clip, the main character is seen lying on the ground as his thoughts are narrated to the viewer:

“I don’t mean this as a criticism. [Or] maybe I do. But when you die, will people notice? When I go, there are going to be a lot of memories of me by a lot of people. Many who hate me [but] even so, a person needs to live with vigor. Otherwise, what’s the point?”

A Brief Recap Of Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s Rap Tussle

As The Shade Room previously reported, the beef between Drake and Lamar appeared to spark in March after Lamar shared bars for the ‘6 God’ while appearing on Metro Boomin and Future’s single, ‘Like That.’

In response, Drake fired back at Lamar on a diss track titled ‘Push Ups,’ per The Shade Room. Then, a few days later, Drake doubled down on his bars for Lamar by releasing his diss, ‘Taylor Made Freestyle.’ The track featured AI-generated vocals from Snoop Dogg and the late rapper Tupac Shakur, per The Shade Room.

In response, Lamar followed up with a six-minute diss track for Drizzy titled, ‘Euphoria.’ At that point, the rappers’ battle appeared to heat up as Lamar threatened to unleash the truth about Drake, per The Shade Room.

However, Lamar didn’t stop there. Days later, the rapper followed up with another diss track toward Drizzy, titled ‘6:16 In LA,’ per The Shade Room. Lamar appeared to taunt Drake using his signature time stamps in the song’s title.

From there, the rappers’ beef caught fire. Drake released his diss song, ‘Family Matters,’ and accused Lamar of being abusive to his fiancé while alleging that one of their children may not be Lamar’s biologically, per The Shade Room.

Shortly after, Lamar responded with ‘Meet The Grahams,’ in which he accused Drizzy of hiding an 11-year-old daughter from the world and of being a “predator.”

Lamar didn’t slow down on his bars for Drake. Shortly after, he released the diss song, ‘Not Like Us,’ where he took his allegations against Drake further, per The Shade Room.

The rapper accused Drizzy of being a pedophile and advised women to hide their little sister’s from him. Additionally, Lamar accused Drake of leaning on particular rappers from Atlanta to help boost his career.

In response, Drizzy released ‘The Heart Part 6,’ where he alleged that Lamar’s accusation of him having another child was fed to him as false information, per The Shade Room.

“You waited for this moment, overcome with the desperation. We plotted for a week, and then we fed you the information. A daughter that’s eleven years old, I bet he takes it. We thought about giving a fake name or a destination. But you so thirsty, you not concerned with investigation,” he reportedly rapped.

Additionally, Drake denied having relations with underage girls.

Furthermore, Drizzy continued to share allegations about one of Lamar’s kids not biologically being his.
