How I Managed to Draw More Customers to My Business

Running a business is never easy, especially when you start small and rely on it to provide for your family. My name is Paul, and I live in Jinja, Uganda. For many years, I ran a small retail shop in town. At first, I expected it to grow quickly, but instead, I faced one challenge after another. Sales were low, customers avoided my shop, and sometimes I even made losses. Meanwhile, my competitors seemed to be thriving, and I often wondered what I was doing wrong. I worked hard every day, opened the shop early, closed late, yet profits never increased.
