Unequal educational opportunity, lack of character education, the financial burden on parents, and so on has been a bottleneck in India's education system. The leader has a comprehensive vision to solve those problems of education. Education is a means to develop mental ability. Education is for the moral and physical improvement of the child. The main function of education is not to deliver just knowledge but to develop latent talents by directing them towards the right direction. The promotion of the common good is aimed at our education. Education is to transform one’s way of living and his outlook towards life. Early education must condition individuals to make them responsible citizens.  At an early age, we are like wax, we can be moulded in any shape.

Elementary Education:

Elementary education must predominantly be designed to introduce individuals to basics making him introduce to physical education, intellectual education, and moral education. Children get an education in science, mathematics, and social sciences. Righteousness, fairness, and compassion should be made intrinsic value. We must also articulate a strategy to increase emotional and social intelligence.

Higher Education:

It must have an orientation towards technologies that are currently in corporate use. The recent technology such as AI will produce lot many jobs in the next 10 to 15 years So we need to train our youth in these technologies. These will generate lot many jobs in the future.

Supporting Sustainable Development Through Education:

Education for sustainable development (ESD) must depart the knowledge, skills, values and agency including climate change, loss of biodiversity, unsustainable use of resources, and inequality to address interconnected global challenges.
Everyone, starting with the most marginalized and deprived in our societies, all must be given equal learning opportunities. A new social contract for education is anchored in social economic and environmental justice.

Leveraging Systems Thinking For Education Transformation:

Digital divides must be treated and shaved off seriously at different levels or stages of knowledge and skill attainment. The confluence of digitization in education, and digital inequalities emerged in distance, face-to-face, and hybrid learning environments to an even greater extent than in the past, Systemic understanding of distinctions, systems, relationships, and perspectives with their underlying skills must be given priority to this will build conceptual understanding.
