Business and property mogul Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia has unveiled a plan to develop a mixed-use hotel and apartments in central Kampala cum 2023.
The hotel to be named Kampala Kingdom Hotel with have 200 rooms, 35 conference rooms and others sitting on 110,000 square meter area along Nile Avenue.
The construction that is slated to commence in 2023, is expected to end in 2026.
Dr Sudhir while revealing the plan said that Kingdom Kampala will be a mixed-use development located in the heart of Kampala.
“We are going to start building this hotel project at Kingdom Kampala from 2023 and finish in 2026. The hotel will Be known as Kingdom Kampala Hotel. This property is located between three main roads- Nile avenue, Yusuf Lule Road and Dewinton Road in the Central Business District and offers rare exclusivity and outstanding luxury” he said
Sudhir (pictured above) added that that the world modern class property which houses several businesses is designed with rare uniqueness with building features made from the finest of modern architectural elements that last longer and do not cause any shortcomings to your business.
“The project will have 200 rooms including suites and penthouses plus 226 very high-End Apartments with a Built-up area of 110,000 square meters. It will also have 35 conference rooms,” he added.
