Vinka, Karole Kasita, and Ziza Bafana among other artists have released new visuals for their music projects this week and we look at them in this piece.
- Sigwa Jajjawo (Onjagaliza Bubi) – Ziza Bafana
Ziza Bafana, the self-styled Dancehall god is back with a brand new video for his song titled “Sigwa Jajjawo (Onjagaliza Bubi)”. It goes unsaid that he sticks to the dancehall music genre in his new project and it will get you dancing.
The visuals are quite hilarious and feature some of the top Ugandan comedians including Reign of the Maulana and Reign duo, and Daniel Kalela. Take a gaze below:
- Sikyaswala – Karole Kasita
Produced by Artin Pro, “Sikyaswala” which translates to “I’m Shameless” is Karole Kasita’s latest release, her very first single of 2024. After a successful 2023, Karole has let her career breathe and she is now back to business with what seems to be another banger.
The video directed by Aaronaire is action-packed and filled with exciting choreography which has over the years become an identity for Karole’s music career. Take a gaze:
- Nza Gukunda – Vinka
Produced by Banger Boi, Vinka’s “Nza Gukunda” is an intentional project targeting her East African fans – a love song sung in English, Luganda, and Rwandan. She expresses how she deeply loves her man and how she will continue to love him the way he is, unconditionally.
Vinka has been intentional with her music this year. There have also been rumors of the Swangz Avenue songstress gearing up for her maiden concert this very year and the projects are coming in thick. The new visuals directed by Aaronaire Pictures don’t lack in terms of color and fashion. Take a gaze:
- I’m Amazed – Lydia Jazmine
2024 will forever be remembered by Lydia Jazmine as the year in which she held her very first concert and what a successful one it was!
She has continued to bless her fans with what they love the most about her – good vocals and beauty – in her new music project dubbed “I’m Amazed.” Produced by Bass Boi, the new song is a gospel Amapiano song in which Jazmine thanks God for the love He has shown her.
- Ngamba Nti Onjagala – Blair Koono feat. KaRungi
Blair Koono describes his new song featuring KaRungi as “a ballad that tells the story of finding our way through the unknown hand in hand.”
“Navigating the uncertainty of a new love can be daunting, but having someone by your side can provide reassurance and comfort as you embark on this journey together,” he adds.
It is quite a different type of music from the above four songs on this list and this new talent deserves an ear. The visuals as well will amaze you.
