Hello and welcome to Frank Lampard's press conference ahead of Chelsea's Carabao Cup match with Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow night.

The Blues take on Jose Mourinho's side off the back of their crazy 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Chelsea did the double over Spurs last season, however they have gone through some transition and the new signings are still integrating their way into the club.

As for Spurs, they have a busy schedule ahead of themselves and so they could have a mixed team playing against the Blues.

There are still a lot of decisions to be made in the transfer market as well, with potential exits as well as interest in Declan Rice.

Follow everything Lampard has to say right here.

Chelsea need more help?

There's no doubt that the Blues were looking pretty all over the place at times in the 3-3 draw with West Brom on Saturday.

But do they need another defence coach to come in this season?

The latest on transfers

There is one week left until the transfer window closes and there is still some work to do for the Blues, especially with outgoings.
