Businesswoman in Nairobi Shocked After Helping Husband Pay Dowry, Only to Be Dumped

A 37-year-old businesswoman in Nairobi left her social media followers stunned after sharing her story about how she helped her husband pay her dowry, only for him to later abandon her. She revealed that she met her husband while still managing her businesses, but at that time, he had very little. They fell in love and decided to marry, but her parents insisted that he must first pay the dowry as a guarantee for their union.

She explained that she assisted her husband, who had a low-income job, in raising three-quarters of the dowry her family had set. They then proceeded into married life. Her husband initially appeared to be a loving and caring partner.
