PS Judiciary Bigirimana launches new book “A Small Book of BIG Quotes”

On Monday 10th October 2023, Permanent Secretary (PS) of The Judiciary, Dr. Pius Bigirimana launched his new literacy masterpiece book “A Small Book of BIG Quotes”. The quotes according to the PS quotes represent the different aspects of the six books he has written which he said also a replica of a chapter in his life.
“Delivering a service is profit in a sector. You should never surrender to failure. The quotes represent the different aspects of the six books I have written. My journey as an author has been one of exploration, discovery, and relentless truth. Each of these books represents a chapter in my life” said Dr Pius Bigirimana.

The PS/SJ said each book is a reflection of his desire to contribute to society and inspire them to take action and ignite a desire for positive change. He encouraged the guests who attended the launch to always write.
The Principal Judge, Dr. Flavian Zeija, who presided over the launch of a new book authored by the Judiciary Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Judiciary said that the book is Dr Bigirimana’s latest literary Masterpiece: A Compilation of Wisdom from Six Remarkable Books.
“As we celebrate the launch of Dr. In Bigirimana’s book, we not only honor his exceptional talent but also recognize the broader significance of valuing and quoting our local authors. Their voices are essential threads in the tapestry of global literature, and they deserve to be heard and acknowledged. Celebrating our local writers can also have a profound impact on literacy rates and the love of reading within our communities. When we quote their words, we inspire others to explore their works, fostering a culture of reading and intellectual curiosity” he said
The Principal Judge added that Dr. Bigirimana’s journey as an author has been one characterized by depth, diversity, and a relentless pursuit of truth, delving into a myriad of topics, from African traditions to governance, resilience in post-conflict regions, the power of mindset, and the fusion of public and private sector thinking.
