To get QuickBooks Online Accountant up and running, go to the QuickBooks website and create an account. Once created, sign in to your dashboard and select the "Accountant" option to open the features. Then connect your clients by inviting them through the "Manage Clients" tab and entering their email addresses. Once the clients accept the invitation, their accounts will be automatically linked to your QuickBooks Accountant dashboard. Customize settings, tax rates and preferences, etc., depending on the needs of your client. Set up bank connection by going to Banking and hooking up applicable bank accounts for easy reconciliations.
