Cultural expression, art, and entertainment to dominate IUEA’s 6th Annual IUEA Cultural Gala set for 17th March 2023

In the quest for collective cultural aspirations for nurturing harmonious living and unity in the midst of different communities in a university setting, the International University of East Africa (IUEA) has set the 6th Annual Cultural Gala on Friday 17th March 2023 at their main campus in Kansanga Kampala.
The Cultural Gala according to the organizers is hinged on the enhance peaceful co-existence and re-integration among them within the diverse beliefs, customs, and attitudes of the different students characterized consisting of a vast array of countries and tribes with unique characteristics.
The theme of the 6th Cultural Gala is: "The Colours of Diversity."
“The International University of East Africa (IUEA) is excited to announce its 6th Annual Cultural Gala, centered on the theme This exciting event is designed to celebrate the vibrancy and richness of cultures from all around the world. The Cultural Gala will take place on March 17th 2023 at the IUEA campus” partly reads the statement
IUEA Students from various countries will again be attracted to participate in different activities including; Traditional dances, Music performances, Fashion shows, Art exhibitions, Food tasting among others.
“The IUEA annual cultural gala is an exciting event where students showcase and perform various activities from different cultures of Africa and other cultures around the world” the statement states

Last year students participants were drawn from over 11 countries including Eritrea, DRC, Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, DRC, Uganda (the host), Tanzania, Liberia
IUEA according to the leadership of the university is committed to promoting and supporting cultural celebrations as they play a vital role in enhancing cultural awareness and tolerance among individuals.
