Wakiso Giants earn valuable point at Kitara
Wakiso Giants FC gave themselves a huge boost in their fight against relegation on Wednesday after picking a valuable point against Kitara FC.
The Purple Sharks played out a goallless draw with Kitara FC in the game played at the Royal Park, Butema in Hoima.
The draw coupled with Mbarara City’s 2-1 loss to NEC FC meant Wakiso Giants still have hope of beating the drop.
Actually, the two teams face off on Saturday at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium and the result will have a huge effect on who survives relegation.
The remaining three games will see Wakiso Giants visit KCCA FC, host URA FC and end the season at home to Police FC.
