The Ben names his favorite Ugandan artists ahead of Kampala performance
Rwandan music star, The Ben is in Kampala for a performance scheduled for today, Saturday, May 17th. Ahead of the show, the singer opened up about his love for Ugandan music and shared a list of his favorite Ugandan artists.
I am a big fan of Ugandan music. I know Ray G, Joshua Baraka, Laika (goes on to mime one of her songs), I love it. I really follow Ugandan music.
The singer, who was born and raised in Uganda, also expressed admiration for some of the country’s legendary musicians, citing Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool, and Bobi Wine.
With the recent news that his wife had just given birth, The Ben was asked about the attention he might receive from female fans during his stay.
In response, he dismissed any assumptions of romantic intent;
They are actually showing love, and the way females show love is different from how men show it.
