Stanbic Uganda Cup: All BUL at the awarding ceremony

BUL FC gathered everything there was at the Uganda Cup awarding ceremony in Masindi on Sunday.

From winning their first-ever silverware when they defeated Vipers SC 3-1, BUL players dominated the awarding, scooping all the available four accolades.

Striker Karim Ndugwa finished the top scorer of the 48th edition of the Uganda Cup with nine goals. Two of his goals came in the final.

Having scored four goals and assisted ten times, youngster Simon Peter Oketch was named the tournament’s best midfielder. He scored and assist once in the final.

The best defender accolade went to BUL’s captain Walter Ochora whose defense conceded only four goals in the whole tournament.

Goal-minder Emmanuel Kalyowa walked away with the best goalkeeper award having kept three clean sheets.

Ndugwa, Oketch, Ochora, and Kalyowa were all rewarded with televisions in Hisense flat screens.
