St Noa cruise to 3-0 victory against Gambia | CAF Schools Championship

St Noa Girls secured a convincing 3-0 win over Gambia in the CAF Africa Schools Championship on Thursday afternoon.
The opening 20 minutes saw both sides struggle to find the back of the net, with St Noa persistently knocking on the door.
Lillian Nabukeera finally broke the deadlock just two minutes into the second half with a composed finish.
Five minutes later, Grace Kawiino doubled St Noa’s lead, scoring her second goal of the tournament.
Kawiino then turned provider, skillfully beating her markers before setting up Nabukeera, who sealed the victory with a well-placed strike.
This marks St Noa’s second win of the campaign, following a narrow victory over South Africa in their opening match.
They will conclude the group stage with a highly anticipated clash against the Democratic Republic of Congo.
