UCU Lady Canons used a strong fourth quarter to pull away and edge Magic Stomers, 54-46, in the low-scoring National Basketball League game played on Friday afternoon at Lugogo Indoor Stadium.
Matrina Anyango stepped off the bench to score a team-high 14 points to lead the Lady Canons. Hajara Najjuko contributed 10 points.
Meanhwile, Angella Aumanetted a game-high 15 points in a losing effort. Daphne Adong had 9 points.
