JT Jaguars secured a 92-73 victory against KIU Titans in the National Basketball League encounter at Abja Park on Wednesday.
Peter Sifuna posted a double double dropping 23 points and pulling down 16 rebounds as JT Jaguars eased past Livingstone.
In the same spirit, Kevin Moru (12 points) and Aaron John Eboyu (11 points) as well contributed for the Jaguars in the double digits.
On the other hand, Isaac Athuai Akoal (14 points) and Dickson Asiku (12 points) led Livingstone’s scoring chart in double digits.
Asiku’s driving layup sealed the opening period as Livingstone trailed by 15 points (22-07).
Mark Were’s long shot beyond the arc ensured that JT Jaguars go into the long break with 11 points (36-25).
Isaac Athuai’s long shot capped the third period as Livingstone trailed by 22 points going into the fourth quarter.
At the end of the game, Sudi Ulanga’s troops sealed off a 33-point victory.
The victory takes JT Jaguars in the second position with 23 points in 14 games while Livingstone lie 11th with 16 points in 15 games played.
