News!! Ngabirano Stephen Declares Bid to Run for MP Sheema North

Ngabirano Stephen, a proud son of Ryamasa in Kyangyenyi Subcounty, has announced that he will stand for Member of Parliament for Sheema North County in the 2026 general elections.

Stephen, a young and focused leader, says he wants to bring new energy, ideas, and hope to the people of Sheema North. His campaign message is “Hope, Dreams & Prosperity.” He believes this will help develop the area and improve people’s lives.

While announcing his bid, Stephen said, “I am one of you. I understand your challenges. I see your potential. It is time we work together to achieve more.” His goal is to create real opportunities for young people and speak for the people in Parliament.

Here is what Stephen plans to do:

1️⃣ Support Youth with Skills Training

He will start programs to teach young people practical skills so they can find jobs or start businesses.

2️⃣ Improve Health Services

He will push for more money for health and better health centers so that everyone can get good medical care, especially in villages.

3️⃣ Help Farmers Sell Their Products

Since many people depend on farming, Stephen wants to help farmers find good markets so they can earn fair prices.

4️⃣ Work Closely with the People

He promises to always listen to the community, work with local leaders, and be open about what he is doing.

Stephen also said that being young is his strength. “Uganda is a country of young people. We need leaders who understand the youth and their needs,” he said. He is also part of the Patriotic League of Uganda, which shows his love for the country and his desire to serve with honesty.
