Kasuku reveals disappointment with church due to lack of integrity

Isaac Katende, popularly known as Kasuku, has expressed disappointment in religious leaders, accusing many of them of failing to live up to the values they preach.
Speaking to Jonathan Nalebo, Kasuku shared his frustrations about the growing disconnect between the pulpit and real-life actions of some religious figures.
He criticised what he termed as hypocrisy among pastors, citing their lavish lifestyles at the expense of their struggling congregants.
That’s why we have left the church. You give your Shs 5k offertory and the pastor buys a V8 car.
He revealed that his detachment with church began when he noticed that many pastors were more focused on material gain than spiritual leadership.
According to him, this lack of integrity has caused him to stay away from church for a while.
Kasuku also recounted a personal experience involving a religious leader who scammed him during a land transaction.
How can you, as a religious leader, be selling land and end up being a scammer of the same? I have one who sold 3 decimals to me, and it turned out to be a wetland. When I checked with KCCA, the land title showed something completely different.
