Legendary Ugandan Singer, Songwriter, and Vocalist Iryn Namubiru is planning to have just a few supporting acts at her forthcoming concert.

In April, Ugandan vocalist Iryn Namubiru announced at a press conference at Kampala Serena Hotel that she would hold her concert on 26th July 2024.

The D-day is fast-approaching and the songstress feels very ready to showcase the best of her talent to her fans that will turn up.

Usually, concerts in Uganda are littered with various supporting acts that curtain rise before the main singer of the day performs.

Iryn Namubiru, however, maintains that that will not be happening at her show. She reveals that she has so many songs that she intends to perform for over two hours.

I don’t have many artists (at this concert), it’s mainly me. I have duets, maybe those are the ones that will feature other artists but they are not many artists to fill up. These supporting artists are loved but that day is not about them. Iryn Namubiru told Sanyuka TV
