HRMAU’s Sports Gala set for Saturday next week to unify Human Resource Professionals

The Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU) has launched the inaugural Sports Gala scheduled for 26th August 2023 at Makerere University Business School (MUBS).
The exhilarating sports celebration will according to the organizers uplift professional excellence and healthy living while uniting the professionals across sectors through competition and bonding to foster a vibrant HR community.
The Sports gala is under the theme: “Healthy Living for Enhanced Productivity' and elevate your HR journey with us.
The event which will start at 8:00 am is Free for HRMAU members, with a commitment to inspire and nurture HR talent.
During the launch of the Sports Gala held on Monday 14th August 2023 at MOTIV in Bugolobi, The President said that the event will bring together a diverse membership base of over 1,500 individuals covering private enterprises, public institutions, NGOs, SMES, academia, and community-based organizations among other.
He said that HRMAU embodies a vision that seeks to inspire and nurture human resources for the betterment of workplaces, individuals, and businesses, which he said will offer a unique opportunity for professionals to engage in activities that integrate enjoyment, networking, and knowledge acquisition.
He applauded the contribution made by sponsors towards the gala including ICEA, Victoria Hospital Crown Beverages Limited, Uganda Breweries Limited, Sanlam, C-Care among others.
Director of Professional Development, at HRMAU Andrew Ssebwalunnyo, calls upon all HR professionals to embrace the event to while urging them to register early with the secretariat.
