The 2024/25 Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League season will officially commence on Friday with Kampala Queens hosting Wakiso Hill at MTN-Omondi Stadium.

Under the stewardship of coach Charles Ayiekoh, Kampala Queens has made several signings to bolster their squad.

Zaitun Namaganda and Moureen Kimono have been signed from Wakiso Hill while Kamiyati Naigaga, Shamusa Najjuma and Sumaya Nalumu are some of the new additions to the team.

Wakiso Hill on the other hand look depleted and will hugely rely on the ability of their coach Rogers Nkugwa who has been around women’s football for quite some time.

Matchday one action will continue on Saturday with Lady Doves hosting FC Tooro Queens, newly promoted Olila High School and Amus College will face off in the Teso derby while She Corporate will take on Uganda Martyrs High School.
