Crysto Panda reveals reasons behind his exit from NTV Uganda

Crysto Panda has finally spoken about his exit from NTV Uganda, where he had built a strong reputation as the host of the teen show, T-Nation.

Panda, who joined the Serena-based station in 2016 after replacing Sheilah Gashumba, spent several years visiting schools and organizing high school parties, becoming a beloved figure among young audiences.

However, in 2022, he quietly left the station, leaving fans wondering what had happened.

In an interview with YouTuber Allan Cruz, Panda opened up about the circumstances surrounding his departure.

They talked to the producer and told me they wanted to revamp. They didn’t fire me. That was the time NTV was going through some administrative changes.

Despite the official explanation, Panda believes there were deeper reasons behind his exit, hinting at internal management issues.

I’m not bragging, but I was one of the most paid presenters, so I think some top people were feeling bad about why I was earning that much yet I was working just one hour.

I even eavesdropped on one of my bosses in the production room talking about my salary and how they felt bad about it.
