Busoga United and Gaddafi have been relegated to the Fufa Big League after defeats to BUL and Kitara respectively.

The two lost their respective matches 3-0 and that coupled with a 1-0 win for UPDF over Wakiso Giants, it meant end of life in the top tier for the duo.

Both sides finish on 25 points with Busoga United 14th while Gaddafi is slightly below in 15th courtesy of an inferior head-to-head against their neighbours.

UPDF slim victory over the Purple Sharks put them in 13th position with 27 points despite entering the final match day second from bottom.

Arua Hill is the other relegated side after they failed to pass licensing in the second round.

SC Villa are the champions for the 2023/24 season after going twenty years without a trophy.
