Balaam addresses Pretty Nicole’s claims of unfulfilled promises

Hon. Balaam Barugahara has warned Pretty Nicole against making unsubstantiated claims following her revelation that he has yet to fulfill the promises he made to her at the start of the year.
At the start of the year, Pretty Nicole, whose real name is Nicole Musimenta, paid a visit to Hon. Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, the state Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, and had a lengthy positive chat.
From their meeting, Hon. Balaam expressed his willingness to aid Pretty Nicole’s studies by footing her school fees and providing her with the required resources so that she can succeed in her education.
He also revealed how he had secured her an invitation to travel to Canada to attain skills in rehabilitating teenagers on the dangers of early marriage and other obstacles that sway them from taking the right path in their lives.
Four months later, Pretty Nicole claims she is yet to see anything materialize.
In a statement, Hon. Balaam released, he notes that Pretty Nicole was denied a Visa to Canada, which was beyond his control despite having paid the required Visa fees.
About the school fees, the Minister noted that he has yet to be provided with a bank slip to know how much he is to pay for Pretty Nicole’s education.
Statement Regarding Visa Denial and School Fees.
I would like to clarify certain matters regarding a recent visa application and school fees. The Canadian visa denial was beyond my control, as I do not have authority over visa offices. Mr. Bajjo can attest that Pretty Nicole received the necessary bank statement from Mr Andrew Mukasa Bajjo ( sponsor ) for visa purposes.
Regarding school fees, I requested Mr. Onyango Robert to share the bank slip from Kyambogo, but unfortunately, it has not been provided. I urge the young lady to refrain from making unsubstantiated claims and instead focus on resolving her issues.
