Events promoter, Alfonse Mukasa, popularly known as Bajjo, has publicly confessed his admiration for Lillian Aber, the State Minister for Disaster Preparedness, Relief, and Refugees.
Bajjo recently declared his intentions to marry the minister, stating that he has been pursuing her for three years. 
In a now-viral post, Bajjo offered a reward of UGX 5 million to anyone who can convince Aber to consider his marriage proposal.
Who can convince me this minister? Sent her brother Balam, but nothing happened! She acts like she’s the first-born of beautiful people. I have UGX 5 million cash to anybody who can convince her. I am ready to get married soon. She is so proud, as if she’s a sister to angels!
Bajjo’s attempts have not gone unnoticed. During an interview with Sanyuka TV, he humorously recounted how he sent fellow promoter Balaam to pass his intentions to the minister, but it yielded no success.
He also jokingly admitted to struggling to understand Aber’s response when she spoke to him in English.
Interestingly, Bajjo claims that before popular artist Fik Fameica expressed his admiration for the minister, he was the first to make his intentions known.
He now boldly states that, should the minister be unmarried, he is ready to settle down with her.
