Alfa Tymz reveals unpaid final wages at NBS Radio before Galaxy FM switch

Before moving to Galaxy FM, Alpha Kato Jingo Hussein, a.k.a Alfa Tymz, reveals that he did not receive his last payment from the Jinja-based NBS Radio.

In an interview on Walvex TV, the newly-recruited NBS TV presenter breaks the silence on how, due to excitement, he did not mind when his bosses at NBS Radio failed to pay his last wages after submitting a resignation request.

He noted that because he was so excited to join Galaxy FM and move to Kampala, he did not take it as a big deal, and he let his former employers make whatever decision they wanted to.

I was excited to join Galaxy FM. When I wrote my resignation letter to leave NBS radio, I asked if I was gonna be paid my last wages because I had completed the monthly duties, but my employers said I wasn’t to be paid. And I let it be since I was going to receive a bigger pay at Galaxy. I was one of the highest-paid presenters at NBS radio, but Galaxy FM’s pay was also bigger than that of NBS radio.

Alfa Tymz left Galaxy TV in May for NBS TV, where he now hosts the NBS KURT show.
